Welcome to AntiScammer! By using this bot, you agree to these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree, do not use the bot.

1. Description of Service
AntiScammer is a Discord moderation and security bot designed to:

Monitor and record all messages sent in a server.
Detect and automatically ban scammers and known malicious users to protect the community.
Report scam-related messages for further review.
This bot functions as both a security measure and a moderation tool, specifically targeting scams and fraudulent activities.

2. User Responsibilities
By adding or using AntiScammer, you agree to:

Follow Discord’s Terms of Service: https://discord.com/terms
Inform your community that messages are monitored and recorded.
Not misuse the bot to target or harass users unfairly.
Accept that bans may be automated based on scam detection and prior offender records.
If you disagree with any of these terms, you must remove the bot from your server.

3. Data Collection & Privacy
All messages in a server using AntiScammer are monitored and recorded.
Only one authorized individual has access to these recorded messages.
The data is used exclusively for scam detection and moderation and is not shared with third parties.
Logs are retained for security purposes and are not sold, distributed, or made public.

3.1 Data collection on antiscammer.app site
Antiscammer.app site stores some information including user names and EMAIL adresses
This is used to assist users with errors. Troubleshoot issues within the bot
At any time you can request removal by logging out and contacting ram2 on discord.

4. Automated & Manual Actions
AntiScammer automatically bans users flagged as scammers or known malicious users. If you believe a ban was incorrect, you may appeal via our support Discord or by contacting the owner directly:

The bot owners reserve the right to review, override, or manually enforce bans as needed.

5. Liability & Disclaimer
AntiScammer is provided "as-is" without any guarantees of accuracy or uptime. We are not responsible for:

Unintended bans or moderation actions.
Missed scams or undetected malicious behavior.
Misuse of the bot by server administrators or staff.
We do not guarantee 100% scam prevention or accuracy in detecting fraudulent activity.

6. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of AntiScammer after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

#7: Abuse of Testing and False-Positive Reporting
AntiScammer may flag messages that contain wording or patterns commonly associated with scams, fraud, or malicious activity. Messages that are intentionally written to imitate scams (including, but not limited to, fake giveaways, phishing-style requests, or “free Robux/Nitro” messages) are not considered false positives. Users and servers agree not to intentionally generate scam-style content for the purpose of testing, triggering detections, or submitting false-positive reports, unless testing is performed in accordance with any designated Test Mode or other approved process provided by AntiScammer. AntiScammer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to rate-limit, restrict, suspend, or disable reporting, detection, or escalation features for any user or server that engages in misuse of testing or the false-positive reporting system, including but not limited to:

intentionally generating scam-style messages,
repeatedly submitting false-positive reports for intentional test messages, or
otherwise interfering with normal operation of the service.
Any such restrictions may be temporary or permanent, and may be applied without prior notice, where necessary to protect system stability, accuracy, or user safety.
