Support & tickets
You can get help from the AntiScammer team in two ways.
1. Support tickets (dashboard)
If you are logged in to the dashboard:
- Open the Support link in the sidebar (under Quick links), or go to /support.
- Click New ticket and enter a subject and your message.
- Your ticket is sent to the staff. You can view all your tickets and reply in the conversation until the ticket is resolved or closed.
Ticket statuses:
- Open – Just created, waiting for staff.
- In progress – Staff is handling your request.
- Waiting for your reply – Staff has replied; you can add another message.
- Resolved – Issue handled; ticket closed.
- Closed – Ticket closed without further replies.
You cannot reply to resolved or closed tickets; open a new ticket if you need more help.
2. Discord support server
You can also join the support Discord server (link in the dashboard under Quick links) for quick questions and community help.
Staff: handling tickets
Staff use /staff/tickets to see all tickets, filter by status, assign tickets, change status, and reply. Replies from staff are clearly marked in the conversation.
